Thank you for keeping animals in mind when you shop!

Look for these logos; these organizations certify products as cruelty-free, verifying not only that the product itself has not been tested on animals, but also that the individual ingredients in the product have not been tested on animals either. Happy cruelty-free shopping!

Go cruelty-free!

Did you know you may be supporting cruelty to animals without knowing it? Many common products, such as cosmetics, shampoos and cleaning products, are tested on animals before they are sold. Products are usually placed on an animal’s eyes or skin to test for irritation. Besides being painful and unpleasant for the unwilling animal participant, results from tests on animals do not always accurately predict the results on humans.

But you can help! Purchasing cruelty-free is now, easier than ever. Just look for the logos (to the left or above). More and more brands are being certified cruelty-free, with COVERGIRL® recently added to the list! Additionally, the Environmental Protection Agency has recently announced plans to greatly reduce animal testing by 2025, and eliminate it altogether by 2035! Take the pledge to buy cruelty-free products and make animal testing a thing of the past!
