Patrick was brought in with the Love Train in March 2019. My husband and I have put off owning another dog…Casey, our first dog adopted from HSHV and lived 15 years. But we were sent a pic of Patrick and his disability and immediately my husband said, “YES!”

He is now named Oliver and has adapted so well living with his 2 cat brothers Kramer and Bailey. Missing a foot has NOT hindered him in any way. He has play dates with Luka and Maxwell, his cousins, and keeps up with them with no problem. We are thankful that Oliver entered our lives. Thank you HSHV for all you do for these animals.❤
