Back in November, we had to say goodbye to our bestest boy of 14 years. We knew we wanted to bring another dog into our family and we had our sights set on the summer. Then the summer became the spring. Spring soon became the New Year and before we knew it we found ourselves falling in love with the toothy grin of Poppy. She joined our pack, now Kairi, instantly connected with her German Shepard big sister Khaleesi, and fell in love with her new kitty brother and sister, Rooney and Hobbes (also HSHV adoptees!). Saying goodbye to our boy Camo was difficult, but it truly feels like he sent us to HSHV to find Kairi to make our family whole again. We can’t thank the staff enough for their excitement for us and all of their support after bringing Kairi home 💚 You guys are the best!
