We adopted Billy as a barn cat in 2020. He had already faced some challenges, as he had once had four pellets inside him (three remain). But Billy is now thriving! He has become more of a “deck cat” and hangs around the house during the day while prowling around at night. It was a slow process but he has become friends with our dog Cocoa, and he is the most affectionate, cuddly guy you’ll ever meet. He loves to hunt and is living his best life!!

Ruby is a really kind kid! Ruby loves animals and even wants to be a veterinarian when she gets older. Because of this, she wanted to start helping animals early! She used all of the money she received from her birthday to buy items for the shelter, donating lots of wet and dry food for our cats and dogs as well as litter.
