My New Love ❤

I was heartbroken after losing my 20 year old cat, so I decided to go to HSHV to see their kittens. I found this little guy and fell in love immediately. During the adoption I was informed that he was exposed to feline leukemia but had been cleared for adoption. I was a little hesitant at first in fear that I would lose him too. After 3 months he is thriving and settled right in at home. He is such a blessing and I can’t imagine not having him in my life. ❤ Riddle now Charlie

Best Friends Forever!!

I was on the waitlist for the Love Train, to adopt another dog as a companion for my 6-month-old female beabull (beagle/bulldog mix). I checked the HSHV web page daily to see adoptable puppies. Foster Fur Ever

I took Mayflower in as a foster with no intention of adopting, as I had not gotten over losing the last of my 3 previous babies. BUT she stole my heart with her sweet yet very sassy energy. For the 1st time since losing Boo I can at least not feel like I’m suffocating when I come home. I honestly believe my babies brought us together. Now yes I still cry because I miss them, but it hurts less because she lightens my heart. She is my new baby forever. Mayflower now Macy Grace Norris

Jazzy Spazzy

After walking into HSHV, I found my furever friend the moment I looked at Woolley. This sweet little baby stole my heart! I knew this sweet babe would be the best sister to our other little kitty Baylee! After bringing Woolley home she immediately took to Baylee, and they have been crazy partners in crime ever since. Jazzy loves to play with toys and learn mischief from her sissy. Jazzy also loves to bite and attack feet!!! I am so happy that I was able to adopt this babe and give her the life she’s always deserved. Baylee is on
