Hazel is the sweetest dog ever! I am pretty sure she lived most of her life on the street and as such all she wants is love and attention. She is a velcro dog to the highest degree! She just wants to follow you around and see what you’re doing LOL. Because she was on the street she did not know how to play with a rope or a ball and I had to teach her. Also she does not quite understand house training and does pee inside. We have been working on sit, stay, and lay.

She is a little bit on the reactive side and would do best in a home with either no other pets or only chill pets. She’s totally fine with my Danebull (twice her size), if not even annoying him at times, but because my pit boxer is also slightly reactive they can’t stay together without supervision. I am unsure how Hazel feels about cats, she doesn’t seem to react to mine but she also doesn’t quite seem interested either.

People from the neighborhood I found her in have told me that she got along with all of the neighborhood kids of all ages so I think she would do great in a loud, fun, family home!

One thing to note is that her front left paw is messed up. I brought her to the vet and it seems to have already healed however somebody from the neighborhood said she wasn’t like that in summer of 2023 so it likely happened last year.
