In October, a surprise visitor showed up in our backyard — a sweet, scruffy cat who we later learned was Sir Ashton, a senior kitty who had been missing from his foster home for several months. We didn’t know his story at first, but from the moment we met him, it was clear he had a gentle spirit and a whole lot of love to give. We welcomed him in, gave him a warm place to rest, and soon after, officially made him part of our family — now under the name Jet.

Despite being 15, Jet is absolutely thriving. He’s incredibly affectionate, always ready for snuggles, and has formed a fast friendship with our younger cat, Benny. They play, nap, and explore together like they’ve known each other for years. We’re so grateful he found his way to us before the cold set in, and even more grateful to be the ones to give him the forever home he truly deserves
